We are pleased to announce that Zesty Edibles are now offering a la carte dining with a fully licensed bar from Wednesday to Saturday nights starting from 6:00pm till late here at Gunabul Homestead.  We are also open for Sunday morning breakfast from 8am to 12 noon and Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm.  So next time you are meeting for coffee or lunch why not come see us.

With over 20 years combined experience in the catering and hospitality industry, qualified husband and wife team George Isaac and Kirstyn Owens are bringing to the area a quality of food and service that Gympie deserves.

Having worked throughout Queensland and the USA, Kirstyn is using her experience to establish a style and sophistication of her own in both her menu design and particularly her patisserie work.  As well as providing superior catering, Kirstyn is committed to providing the Gympie area with exceptional cakes and desserts and specialises in unique, out of the ordinary ideas.

George brings a wealth of knowledge and diversity to the team having trained under one of New Zealand’s finest chefs – Kent Baddeley.  With his commitment to quality fresh ingredients and exceptional service, George is bringing something rich and unique to Zesty Edibles and Gympie.

Both Kirstyn and George are looking forward to meeting the needs and expectations of each and every client, spending as much time as necessary to consult and communicate with them in order to achieve the perfect menu for their function at a price that is affordable.
